Over the next week you can find a lot of premieres and tributes happening in the world of country music on your television screens.
Starting April 6th, AXS TV salutes Kenny Rogers by airing two of his concerts. From 1989, “Kenny, Dolly, and Willie: Something Inside So Strong” and the 1985 special “Kenny and Dolly: Real Love”. It all begins at 7pm.
CMT will broadcast a special to honor the extraordinary life and legendary music of the late Kenny Rogers that benefits MusicCares on Wednesday, September 8th at 7pm.
On April 12th you can spend the evening with two premieres on A&E beginning with the two hour documentary “Biograpy: Dolly” and then “Willie Nelson:American Outlaw”. The Willie Nelson special will feature performances from George Strait, Jimmy Buffet, Chris Stapleton, Dave Matthews, Eric Church, Emmylou Harris, Jack Johnson, Sheryl Crow, Vince Gill, Norah Jones, The Little Willies, and many more.
On April 13th A&E’s “Biography: Kenny Rogers” premieres at 8pm.
