The Windmill Festival started in 1999 with Glenda Lynn from Texas playing for 300 people. The event continued to grow over the years with acts like Brad Paisley, the Oak Ridge Boys, and Alabama. Other acts have included Keith Urban, Montgomery Gentry, Lonestar, Ronnie Milsap and more.

Directions to 2nd Wind Ranch from Comstock
Head southeast towards NE21-C Spur (about .4 miles). Turn left onto NE21-C Spur. Turn left onto Railroad Street (about .3 miles). Continue onto Comstock Road (about 2.6 miles). Turn right onto Ord Road (about .9 miles). Turn left, 2nd Wind Ranch will be on your left.
