Two Rivers Public Health Department has stopped giving it’s current monovalent COVID-19 Pfizer and Moderna booster shots.
Two Rivers will continue administering boosters when it receives the new bivalent vaccine from the companies. Anyone scheduled for a booster vaccination at Two Rivers should call the office at 888-669-7154
On August 31st, the FDA removed the monovalent vaccine for individuals over the age of 12. Children over the age of 6 months, but under the age of 12 are still authorized to get the monovalent vaccine.
