KEARNEY — The City of Kearney on behalf of NPPD announces that on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023 the alley between Central Avenue and A Avenue, from 23rd Street to 24th Street will be closed beginning at 8 a.m. for electrical infrastructure repairs.
During this time, the signal at Central Avenue and 24th Street will be inoperable but controlled by 4-way STOP signs. Work is expected to be completed by the end of the day weather permitting.
Citizens are urged to use caution at the intersections.
