HASTINGS – The Great Plains Conference Player of the Year and first-team All-NAIA Hastings College guard Reggie Thomas has announced his next transfer destination on Thursday.
Thomas, the Hastings College single-season scoring record holder, announced his intention to transfer after two seasons with the Broncos in Hastings last week. On Thursday, the Omaha native posted to his social media that his next stop will be at North Dakota to join the Fighting Hawks.

It is the first transfer for North Dakota this off-season. Thomas has two years of eligibility remaining.
Thomas averaged 24.1 points per game, the fifth highest average in the NAIA. He set the Hastings single-season scoring record this year with 770 points. Thomas scored 1,329 points at Hastings, ranking him No. 28 all-time in scoring in two seasons.
Hastings lost in the opening round of the NAIA tournament and ended the season 23-9. The Broncos followed Thomas’ lead to a share of the GPAC regular-season crown, while also winnng the GPAC Tournament title.
