The Nebraska Attorney General offices says they will not be prosecuting former senator Mike Groene for taking photos of female legislative staffer.

According to the Nebraska examiner, the AG office spokeswomen stated, the investigation found “insufficient evidence to warrant a criminal prosecution.”

The investigation was conducted by the Nebraska State Patrol. Mike Groene who represented the North Platte area had to resigned in February, after a staffer who worked with Groene discovered 50 photos of herself on the laptop, some titled “legs” or “rear tight”
