A Gibbon man was arrested and charged for sexually assaulting two children.
30-year-old Vincent Herrell is charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child and third-degree sexual assault of a child.
Records indicate the incident occurred February 2018 when the two victims were eight and ten years old.
Herrell was arrested Thursday and lodged in Buffalo county jail.
