A Gibbon man is headed to court on two counts of sexual assault on two children.
Vincent Herrell, 30, is charged with first, and third-degree sexual assault of a child.
Records on the crimes are sealed, but court documents show the assaults happened in February of 2018, the victims being 8 and 10 years old.
Herrell’s court date is yet to be set. Herrell faces life in prison if given the maximum sentence.
