A Hastings man has been charged with threatening neighbors with a rifle Monday.
At around 5:45 pm at the 100th block of East 4th Street, officers responded to a report of a man pointing a weapon at another man.
Upon arriving on the scene, officers found that 20-year-old Anthony Copley pulled a rifle on one of his neighbors, threatening to kill them.
Copley was arrested for terroristic threats, and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
