Nebraska Husker Volleyball
SAN DIEGO, CALIF. – The Nebraska beach volleyball team went 3-0 on Thursday playing in San Diego. The Huskers posted 5-0 sweeps over Grossmont and Feather River, and a 4-1 win over San Diego Mesa.
Nebraska is 16-7 overall on the season. It marks the most wins by the Huskers in a beach volleyball season, surpassing last year’s total of 15 wins.
The Huskers have four matches remaining this weekend in Long Beach, Calif. Nebraska will play Pepperdine (11 a.m. CT) and CSUN (1 p.m. CT) on Friday, as well as Texas (11 a.m.) and No. 7 Long Beach State (Noon) on Saturday.
